At PurrrfectHuman, we operate on a pre-order model, which means patience is key—just as faith teaches us to trust in divine timing. “The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.” – Lamentations 3:25

Our process is intentional. Every order is crafted with care, and we ask that you trust the journey as you would trust God’s timing.

Pre-Order Process: How It Works

You place your order – Once submitted, your order enters the seven-day processing window before moving to the next phase.

Order commitment after seven days – After seven days, your order is final and non-refundable, as we allocate funds to manufacturing and vendors.

Production begins – Once we hit the required order threshold, we initiate production with our vendors, which may take several days.

Updates along the way – We’ll keep you informed through email updates and Instagram Live (@ThePurrrfectHuman) as we move through each stage. This isn’t just a wait—it’s a journey we take together.

Shipping out to you – As soon as production is complete, your order is packed and shipped with tracking details sent to your email.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All orders are final after seven days. Once your order moves into production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving it with photos for review.

Shipping times vary, as each drop is made-to-order. Rest assured, your order is coming at the right time. “For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come.” – Habakkuk 2:3
