You Place Your Order
Once you submit your order, it enters a seven-day processing window. This period allows us to prepare and confirm all incoming orders before we move forward with production. -
Order Commitment After Seven Days
After seven days, your order is final and non-refundable. At this stage, funds are allocated toward our trusted manufacturing partners, and materials are sourced. This helps us maintain quality and integrity in every product. -
Minimum Order Goal: 100 Hats
We operate with intention and community support. Once we reach our collective goal of 100 Cool Cat Hat orders, our production vendor in China begins the 30-day manufacturing process. -
Production Timeline
Your hat is not mass-produced—it’s made with intention. The production process takes approximately 30 days from the time the 100-order threshold is met. -
Updates Along the Way
We believe in walking this journey together. Throughout the production process, we’ll keep you updated via email and go live regularly on Instagram (@ThePurrrfectHuman) and Facebook to share status updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and encouragement. -
Shipping to You
Once production is complete and the hats arrive in the U.S., we immediately begin packaging and shipping your order. You’ll receive a tracking number in your inbox as soon as it’s on the way.

All orders are final after the initial 7-day grace period.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving it and include clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.
